You can access Full Bloom OT services if you have a self managed NDIS plan. At this stage, Full Bloom OT is not an NDIS registered provider. Find out more below:

You are eligible to a medicare rebate if you have a chronic health condition. The Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan currently provides a rebate of $52.95 per session (maximum of 5 allied health sessions per calendar year). A referral from your GP or specialist is required to arrange a CDM plan prior to accessing therapy services with Full Bloom OT. 

You may be able to claim a rebate from your private health insurance for Occupational Therapy services. Rebates may differ between Private Health Insurance companies. You are encouraged to contact your Private Health Insurance provider to gain further information regarding rebates prior to accessing therapy services with Full Bloom OT.
